Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use EzzyBooks on the web or in the Android app. By signing up or signing in you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

Your account

  • You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone and your codes to yourself.
  • You are responsible for what is done in your business’s account, including by the people you invite.
  • Tell us at once if you think someone else has signed in to your account. You can sign devices out yourself.

Your books are yours

You own the data you put in. We store and process it only to run the service for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. Scanned bills are read with AI services to make drafts; nothing is posted to your books until you review and save it.

Accuracy and tax

EzzyBooks computes GST and prepares documents from what you enter. You remain responsible for the correctness of your records and of any return or filing you make. Check figures before you rely on them, and take professional advice where you need it.

Fair use

  • Do not use EzzyBooks for anything unlawful, or to send messages people have not agreed to receive.
  • Do not try to reach another business’s data or to disrupt the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep EzzyBooks available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is. We may change features or these terms; we will tell you about material changes in the app.

Closing your account

You can ask for your account to be deleted at /delete-account. Books and GST records are kept for the period the law requires.
